From film to digital, from cameras to mobile phones, from darkroom development to inkjet printing. Although photography and processing methods have undergone tremendous changes in the past few decades, photographers' requirements for image presentation have never changed. "In the past thirty years, Excellent Color Limited has been playing an important role in the photography industry in Hong Kong. Over the years, it has cooperated with more than a hundred important photographers, educational institutions and art organizations in Hong Kong, silently printing the photographic works for their exhibitions." Artist and curator So Hing Keung said.

So Hing Keung serves as the chief curator and jointly curates the exhibition "Hidden. "Now - A Joint Exhibition with Hong Kong Photographers Over Thirty Years" invites thirty Hong Kong photographers and artists to participate, showing their unique interpretation of the world through images, including one representative work and one little-known one of each. The works showcase the diverse creative styles of photographers from different generations. These works also bear witness to the development and changes of the Hong Kong photography industry.

Shao Yanping, another curator, said: "Just as a writer needs a publisher who can have insight into the way his works are presented, a photographer also needs a partner who has both artistic vision and understands the characteristics of the images he creates. This kind of cooperation not only It is technical support and an important part of artistic expression.”

The theme of the exhibition is "hidden" and "present". In addition to the picture presented on the surface, a good photo often also hides the photographer's thoughts. In this exhibition, the organizer uses a variety of professional printing technologies and materials to present the photographer's hard work. Through the unique perspectives of thirty photographers, the audience can not only be immersed in the image world they constructed, but also gain a deeper appreciation of the professionalism and passion for craftsmanship behind art printing.
